According to the report, Netanyahu offered to completely end his political career in return for the repeal of the corruption charges against him.

“This potential agreement is being considered as one of the options for forming a new government on the back of uncertainty arising after the last election,” it said.

It should be noted that the corruption investigation of Benjamin Netanyahu has been going on for 10 years now. The Prime Minister is suspected of receiving valuable gifts for political concessions, as well as helping media magnates in exchange for positive coverage of his activities.

In the October 27 elections in Israel, no bloc was able to get the 61 deputies needed to form a government. According to the latest figures, Netanyahu Bloc 53, Ayzenkot Bloc 48 and Arab parties won 19 seats.
